Rates include: Full cleaning/linen change
before and after your stay, hot tub water/chemical change, snowplowing
of driveway and snow shoveling of deck/patio/entry, firewood stocked, charcoal for
grill, shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap for each guest, and laundry detergent/kitchen
cleaning supplies and more!
Rates do not include: 7% Montana State Lodging
tax and 3% Big Sky Resort tax, or a $89 Accidental Property Damage Insurance fee. Stays of less than
5 nights (call to inquire) are subject to a $350 cleaning fee. Deposit of 50% is due to
confirm booking. Final payment, plus tax and insurance, is due
60 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable
unless the home is re-booked for the same dates – which we will make
every effort to do. In the event of a partial re-book, we will refund
to that extent. There are no additional or hidden fees!
